Coral Bay Resort is located on 10 acres of palm studded hillside sloping gently down to a secluded beach. Set amongst the lush and tropical gardens are very rustic thatch-roof wood and stone bungalows. There are 53 bungalows besides the three bedroom Baan Chomjan Villa. Deluxe bungalows have great sea views and large balconies to enjoy the panorama from. Superior bungalows are smaller both inside and out, have more garden than sea views but are equally as luxurious. There are also different rooms for families plus a small kids pool near the freshwater freeform pool. The hotel wants you to enjoy nature so there are no TVs in the room but they do have a video theatre which plays movies as well as news for those that need the daily dose. The Amataspa is a professionally run spa where consultations are recommended to help select the right therapy for you. The Pakarang restaurant serves authentic Thai dishes and Western cuisine. Down near the beach is the Coco-Rock Beach Bar where you can enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset.
